PHILOSOPHY
A personal word from Dr Moss (MBBS, Dip. Anat., FRACS)
Since cosmetic plastic surgery is often elective, it is essential that techniques should be safe and predictable, so no patient is ever placed under
any unnecessary risk. Cosmetic plastic surgery must improve and rejuvenate without leaving an unnatural or operated appearance. It is vital
that a surgeon fully explains their personal aesthetic aims and therefore the expected result in their hands. Personally, I believe in a
classic, natural and soft beauty. Changes must often be subtle - yet never pulled, tight, artificial or imbalanced. Patients want to look
better but never like a different person. This can only be achieved when the surgeon truly takes the time and effort to understand each
individual patient and their requirements.
Sound surgical judgement, meticulous surgery and state of the art techniques are vital for the best possible result. Consultations, explanations and closely supervised aftercare must be performed by the surgeon.
